2. Make sure you can get a web site and a chat room with your army name.

Leaders

Before you make your own army you should learn from others what makes a leader.

A leader is not just a person who shouts out commands.

1. A leader must know how to run a web site.

2. How to recruit and rank soldiers.

3. How to interact in army politics with other leaders.

4. How to control troops to obey and respect each other.

5. How to lead a battle.

It has always been my opinion that every great leader has great assistants (co-leaders) by their side.

Make a web site for your army. You can make free web sites at WordPress.com

1. You should make a home page to post events.

2. You should also have a join page and a ranks page.

3. Its a good idea to have a Nation or Empire page. News sites will look for this info.

4. Maybe the most important page is your chat room page.

An army without a web site is just a group of rouge soldiers with no home. They will not grow or last together very long.

One of the most important things for an army to grow is it’s chat room. You can make free chat rooms at xat.com

I had the opportunity to see an army start and grow so fast because of a very active chat room it became the number 4 ranked army in the Large army top ten in just 3 months.

1. Get on your chat every day so it stays active.

2. Invite girls into your army. If girls are on your chat then tons of boys will find them and join your army.

Recruit

Recruiting is almost a full time job for an army. Try to have some kind of reward for people that help recruit. Such as soldier of the month, promotions, etc…
